When I put the link Sugarfree chocolate balls on a page on facebook another member of the page pretty quickly put out a link about the dangers of sweeteners in the comments by Professor Göran Petersson, professor in Chemistry and Biotechnics at Chalemer's university in Gothenburg. Frightening reading!
So I take it back. Maybe you shouldn't make my chocolate balls?
I need suggestions! What should I add instead to make it sweet? Maybe dates?
