1 dl krossade linfrön,
2 dl fibrex
2 dl mandelmjöl (funkar säkert likabra med kokosmjöl)
1-2 msk kakao
1-2msk pepparkakskrydda (beroende på hur starkt man vill ha det)
1 dl whey protein med chokladsmak (funkar säkert med vanilj, double chocolate osv också)
½ dl sötningsmedel
100 g smör
2-3 msk vatten
Mixa de torra ingredienserna i en mixer. Lägg till smör och vatten. Mixa mer. Rulla till bollar. (dottern brukar vilja ha ormar och biffar också) Rulla i kokos eller kanel.
Yesterday my little girl wanted to make chocolate balls. I love chocolate balls. So to keep myself from eating my child's chocolate balls I made some of my own. That fits my current low carb attempt better. Was going to use cocoa but decided to add some ginger bread spices too, but I'm sure it would work with only cocoa too. It turned out pretty good:)
Here's the recipe!
½ cup (1 dl) crushed flaxseed
1 cup (2 dl) fibrex (not sure how to translate this, take some more flaxseed and almond flour if you can't find it)
1 cup (2 dl) almond flour (I'm sure it works just as well with coconut flour)
1-2 tbsp cocoa
1-2 tbsp ginger bread spices (depending on how spicy you want it)
½ cup (1 dl) whey protein powder with chocolate flavour (I'm sure some other flavour would work as well)
1/4 cup (½ dl) sweetener
100 grams (3.5 ounce) butter
2-3 tbsp of water
Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixer/blander. Add butter and water. Mix some more. Roll into balls. Roll in cinnamon.
